From the first contact to the follow-up after delivery, the path is the same for all DOFE services. What changes from one service to another is the material required and the way the work is carried out.
Contact
You reach DOFE through the website, Instagram or WhatsApp. If you already know what you need, you can buy directly on the website.
Guidance conversation
DOFE understands what you need and points to the most suitable service — often the most economical one. If you wish, it explains what each service does and exactly what you are hiring.
Choice and payment
You choose the service and check the price and conditions before hiring. For fixed-price services, payment is made before the work starts. Design Production with AI and Office AI are quoted individually: you contact DOFE to define the scope and receive the full price before booking.
Briefing
DOFE asks only for what the service requires. Describe your request at purchase. Then send the files through the materials submission channel indicated by DOFE (currently in Portuguese). When needed, the briefing continues by conversation.
Execution
The work is done with methods studied, recorded and tested by DOFE, in professional accounts and with the care described under Security.
Delivery
Delivery is made through the channel you are most comfortable with — preferably by email.
Fidelity correction
If the delivery does not match what was promised, DOFE corrects it. Changes of taste, effect or composition are treated as a new request.
Follow-up
After delivery, DOFE gets in touch to follow up on the result.
