3D Modeling for Visualization builds the model of your project with one purpose in mind: generating good images, videos and presentations. DOFE interprets plans and sections, builds the volumes and organizes the model in SketchUp, ready to render.
It is the base for services such as Image Render, Video Render and the 360 Tour.
If you need a model to develop the design, and not only to visualize it, the right service is Design Production with AI.
The price is fixed, according to area and complexity. If the model does not match the drawings you sent, DOFE corrects it.

The order amount is the area multiplied by the price per m², subject to the minimum amount. Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL). Hiring is arranged with DOFE: tell us the area on WhatsApp and send the plans and sections — DWG included —, indicating what the model needs to show. DOFE confirms the amount before starting.
